Dear Colleagues,

 

We are pleased to invite you to submit your research proposals for the 1st International Conference on Sustainability, Innovation, and Technology, to be held on October 22 and 23, 2026, at the University of Salamanca, coinciding with the celebrations of the 500th Anniversary of the School of Salamanca.

 

This conference aims to connect scientific research with the productive and social fabric under the central theme: Geopolitical Risk Management: The Intersection of Security, Tech, and Sustainability. In this regard, we welcome theoretical and empirical work in the following main thematic areas:

📑 Submission Format and Procedures

Submissions should be sent to the scientific committee via email to gobsal@usal.es.

To ensure the review process, manuscripts must strictly adhere to the following technical specifications:

  • Language: Manuscripts are accepted in both Spanish and English.
  • File format: Microsoft Word document (doc or .docx).
  • First page: Should contain only the title of the work and the authors’ full names, institutional affiliation, and email address.
  • Typography and layout: Times New Roman font, 12-point, justified text, and 2.5 cm margins.
  • Length: Papers should not exceed 30 pages in total, including appendices and references.
  • Visual elements: Images, graphs, and tables should be grouped at the end of the manuscript.
  • References: The bibliography should be structured according to APA or Chicago style guidelines.
